Katie, I'm sure you've heard about our Sauv Blanc, which is great, but I think as part of your exploration you should try the Unoaked Chardonnay. Maybe do it when you can compare it to a typical Chardonnay that has oak and butter. It's a great way to see the range and really recognize and experience the differences of each. There's a good chance you can do the same on other sites, too, so you can use those to learn about fermentation techniques and such when you are comparing the two.
