So happy to see you embracing social media to deepen relationships with your loyal customers. An unwavering loyalist for the past eight years, I have thoroughly enjoyed every daily shave with the acclaimed AlphaGel shave gel. The product is amazing! I’m wondering after all this time, has there been any discussion about developing a loyalty program for customers? I remember writing to Stephanie about one year ago, and she was kind enough to give me a $2 off coupon on my next purchase. Assuming your company maintains customer records (i.e., name, address, etc.); I expected I’d be made part of some form of a program where I’d receive regular discounts, promotions and/or the like.
Do you have anything in the works for your loyal American kings or queens?
