Kinkade's Disney Dream Collection
My Disney Dreams Collection celebrates great moments from Walt Disney Films. I call these paintings “narrative panoramas” because each painting tells the entire story of the film in one image.

Gerald Feldman Do the "Disney editions" D/E make them more special? And can the D/E's only be found at the dland parks?

    Jenna

Jenna I never thought in a million years that Thomas Kinkade would do Disney artwork pieces! I am the happiest person alive today because I just found this! I am in heaven!!

Larisa Cherewko Frankoski Have you seen the new Princess and the Frog image? Does anyone know anything about this new collection, "Disney Discoveries Collection"?!?! Wondering if this will only be for new Disney films. I still prefer the classics, and of course the Dreams Collection!

Kinkade's Disney Dream Collection Yesterday was Veterens Day. It got me to thinking. Does Thomas have any paintings where he honors the American soldier? Well yes he does and while this is a fan page of Disney/Kinkade, it seems that we are able to enjoy places like Disney because of the American soldier. To read the post go to

I know, this a blog/newsletter about Kinkade & Disney. But yesterday was an important day in our country. It is when we honor those who have given the greatest sacrifice to our country and the freedoms we enjoy.

Kinkade's Disney Dream Collection Each year, in the summer, Thomas Kinkade goes to Paris France to paint. He will stay a few weeks in Paris and visit the places of the great artists. Usually coming back with new paintings with an impressionist flair.

That would be really cool. I do know he has agreed to do 12 more Disney prints over the next 3 or 4 years.

Stephanie Well, I would buy a Beauty and the Beast painting, but I don't believe you have that one yet. So I would have to go with the 50th Anniversary painting or Cincerella!

Jan If money were no object, I too would love to have them all. But, if I could have just one, it would be Disneyland's 50th Anniversary. If wishes were dreams, that's the one I really want.

    Kinkade's Disney Dream Collection

Kinkade's Disney Dream Collection Kinkade paintings on ebay sell for much less than in the galleries. Why you might ask? Well many on ebay are not real Kinkades. They are imitations. For example, if you buy a limited edition painting, it has a piece of Thomas Kinkades hair in the actual paint, to show it is an original.

No because the DND testing would show that it's not Kinkades hair, thus a fake.

Kinkade's Disney Dream Collection Some have suggested that Kinkade’s work is too commercialized and can’t be considered great art, because he sells so many, tell me what you think.

Thomas Kinkade was on ShopNBC last night and they have the Disney Dream Collection Gallery wraps, minus frame and the Cinderella, for $59 each. Awesome price I thought.

Oh I forgot to mention.. $12 a month on the easy pay and FREE shipping.. I thought I would let ya all know it makes them a bit more affordable even if they arent the $600 limited editions. I was rather excited about it myself..
