Brix Wine Cafe is excited to introduce our new chef Kenny Rudolph. A graduate of the University of Washington, he returns to the Seattle area after ten years developing his culinary talent in Sun Valley, Idaho. Kenny was most recently the Executive Chef of The Sun Valley Lodge where he directed new menu development for five restaurants on property. He owned and operated Organic Catering Company, a private chef service specializing in farm to table cuisine and wine pairing, where his clients included celebrities and companies such as Far and Away Adventures, Idaho’s premier outfitting company.
Kenny served as the Sous Chef of Vintage Restaurant where he trained under acclaimed Chef, Jeff Keys. He also worked as a Sous Chef under Award Winning Chef, Keith Otter at Chandler’s Restaurant in Ketchum, ID before becoming the Chef of Baci Cafe and Wine Bar in 2001. Kenny received numerous accolades while at Baci including an outstanding contribution award from the James Beard Foundation for the Taste of Idaho dinner he prepared in New York in 2003. He has also received recognition for his contributions to Sun Valley Center for the Arts, Texas Center for the Arts and other local charities.
