AC Entertainment Conan O'Brien grew up in a large, Irish Catholic family in Massachusetts. At an early age, he began a love of comedy and goofing off, this carried on when he entered the prestigious Harvard University, acting out many pranks in his time, as well as become the president of the Harvard humor magazine, the Harvard Lampoon.... After leaving Harvard, Conan found his way into a television writing job in LA. After jumping around on many unsuccessful shows, Conan moved out to New York to win an Emmy for his writing on "Saturday Night Live" (1975). Later, he moved on to work for "The Simpsons" (1989), when SNL Executive Producer Lorne Michaels offered him the job of producer for the now vacant 12:30 slot on NBC. Conan, after searching for a new host, decided to audition for the job himself, and eventually wound up as the host of "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" (1993).

AC Entertainment After countless appearances on "The Tonight Show", "The Late Show with David Letterman," three HBO specials, sitcoms, movies and many comics' tours of the United States, Bill Maher found -- or more accurately, created -- his perfect forum with ABC's "Politically Incorrect." Critics touted the show as: "The coolest show... on cable" (Esquire Magazine) and the "Best talk show on television" (TV Guide). ........................The winner of two 1995 Cable Ace Awards for best talk show and best entertainment host, Bill Maher ingeniously mediated a hilarious and provocative half hour of spontaneous opinionizing. The casting/booking process brought together such unlikely parings as Jerry Seinfeld and Ed Rollins, Governor Lowell Weicher and Howie Mandel, and Harvey Fierstein and G. Gordon Liddy.

Maher now continues his roll as the star and creator of HBO's "Real Time with Bill Maher."

The great majority of artists spend their formative years, if not their entire careers, working to shake off the gravitational pull of their predecessors, and the many masters and masterpieces that came before them. Rare indeed is the artist who outgrows their early influences, and instead become one of the markers by ...which other groups are measured. Almost alone among bands of the last two decades, Tortoise is a group that resists easy metaphors and analogies, who can be described as sounding like only themselves and no one else. Twenty years after its founding, the band's signature and singularly inimitable sound-a fluid intersection of dub, dance, jazz, techno, rock, and classical minimalism, with no part overwhelming or dominating the whole-remains an American and international original.

AC Entertainment The Used bring their screamo-tinged brand of post-hardcore to the stage every time they play. Whether it's on the Warped Tour, at Ozzfest or Projekt Revolution alongside Linkin Park and Snoop Dogg, or in the dingiest clubs imaginable, they bring the heat and the heavy.
Outside of the band, McCracken has also lent his v...ocals to the punk rock drum troupe Street Drum Corps. The live CD/DVD Berth appeared in February 2007 to tide over fans a bit longer until the proper full-length, Lies for the Liars, came out in May. Though he didn't perform on the record, drummer Dan Whitesides joined the band as an official member just in time for the supporting tour.

The group's fourth full-length album, Artwork, was produced by Matt Squire (Panic at the Disco) and released on Reprise in 2009. To say it rocks, is an understatement. This will be a kickass nght.

AC Entertainment "Long before he was an Oscar nominee, Ryan Bingham was a real-life cowboy, a handsome roughneck living out his own version of a Cormac McCarthy novel." - Rolling Stone.

Ryan Bingham is the remarkable singer-songwriter who recently picked up an Oscar for the song "The Weary Kind" (Theme from Crazy Heart) which he co-wrot...e with T-Bone Burnett. Bingham also made his acting debut in the film, performing "I Don't Know."

The accolades and praise for his work intensified with the release of his Lost Highway album, Mescalito, which earned raves in The Washington Post, Esquire and Black Book, which noted "Bingham forces you to hang on his every word." In 2009, Ryan appeared on the acclaimed PBS series Austin City Limits with a 30-minute set that featured the first television performances of "Snake Eyes" and "Tell My Mother I Miss Her So" from Roadhouse Sun. Both albums were produced by former Black Crowes guitarist Marc Ford. Bingham and his band, The Dead Horses (Matthew Smith/drums, Corby Schaub/guitar, and Elijah Ford/bass) have appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, AUSTIN CITY LIMITS, and The Late Show with David Letterman.

His crime novels include The Bobby Gold Stories and Bone in the Throat. His new book, Medium Raw, is due out this summer.

AC Entertainment Taking influences from hip-hop, rock and experimental electronic genres, The Glitch Mob have crafted a new form of futuristic dance music. Their wicked combination of ferocious bass, neck-snapping drums and complex melodies has earned them a worldwide grassroots fanbase. What started as a loose affiliation soon stuck a...s edIT, Ooah and Boreta found themselves frequently playing the same shows, and eventually collaborating during sets. Their live performance is a complete reimagination of the laptop DJ paradigm as they flow like a seasoned jazz trio – each taking the lead at intuitive moments – layering chords, vocal snippets and drum patterns into an overwhelming digital wall of sound.

What has resulted is the very distinct Glitch Mob aesthetic, blending the head-nod factor of hip-hop tempos with outrageous basslines and microscopic production trimmings. 2009 saw the release of Glitch Mob remixes for TV On The Radio and STS9, cementing their reputation for jaw-dropping, cutting-edge production. The Glitch Mob plan to release their debut full length album in early 2010.
