Knysna Manor House, Garden Route, Western Cape, ZA 1. Appearance of Buildings - Property in excellent condition. Very attractive building with traditional green roof.New perimeter fencing and a remote controlled gate have been installed on the property.

The Teak decking on the veranda has been extended, and the pool has been completed. 3. Parking - Secure, demarcated bays on large brick paved parking area.

Lovely old restoredwardrobes, headboards, bedside tables and Oak dressing tables. Upholsteredchairs, TV on butlers trays, recently re-covered ottomans. Very good lined curtaining.
Knysna Manor House, Garden Route, Western Cape, ZA 6. Flooring and Ceiling - Very good restored paneled ceilings, some dark wooded ceilings. Beautiful restored wooden floors and scatter rugs. Upstairs bedrooms are fully carpeted with good quality carpeting. Occasional carpets in one upstairs room.
