LIVE INSIDE OUT I'm feeling particularly tender missing my mom who would have turned 70 today. I'm at a different place around her passing this year than I've ever been though. Yes, my mother passed away suddenly at age 45 the summer between high school and college for me. When we celebrated Christmas with my her brother a week before Christmas, he shared with me something he had written for her 50th high school reunion. I burst into tears and just felt the emotions of- I wish she hadn't been so sick during the fleeting ... See Moreyears we shared together, I wish we had had more time together, I wish I had known more of the delightful teenager she was, I love her so much.

I get the polarity you mention, Renee. The loss of my parents and brother can weigh down on my so heavily at times; at others I am so grateful for the gifts of experience they give me. I love their souls so deeply.

Also, I just started reading David Deida, who writes about feminine/masculine polarity - I think you'd love it if you haven't already read it. Polarity is much on my mind these days, too. It's about embracing the paradox of life - without having to choose sides.

Beautiful blog Renee. That's actually one of my favorite things about PRG's; is seeing how we are all connected...it's amazing to see how we all struggle w/the same issues at one point or another with self-confidence, relationships, self-care, etc. To be able to come together in a women's circle, creating that space to be able to share and see that... See More we are not alone on this incredible journey of life. And, to know that our feelings are valid. There is a sense of comfort feeling that sameness with others.

LIVE INSIDE OUT thank you Sara, this is exactly why i'm so passionate about our women's self-renewal circles (PRGs), they are powerful vehicles for us to feel our "oneness" and to grow and evolve individually and collectively.

I feel our sameness by remembering the meaning of the universal greeting, Namaste. "The divine in me blesses and honors the divine in you." We all originate from the same Creator, the same Source. We are truly One.
