UWL Rec Sports With the Turkey Trot right around the corner there will be a few changes at the Rec for the next couple of days. The Rec WILL BE OPEN during the normal hours, however a few basketball courts will be unavailable: Court 1 from now until Saturday at 3pm Court 2 from Friday 6am to Saturday at 2pm Court 3 on Saturday from ...10am to 1pm. Hope to see you all Saturday for the race!

UWL Rec Sports If you're having trouble getting motivated to work out, try finding a purpose to work out beyond simply getting/staying in shape. For example, sign up for the TURKEY TROT! Your registration fee will go toward a good cause-- Big Brothers Big Sisters, REC Sports, and the UWL Multicultural Student Scholarship Fund--and you will still be getting a great workout.
