Lacanche Amazing to see France so well represented.... congratulations! Also, Afganistan and Madagascar.... do you have Lacanche ranges there? This "unofficial" site is attracting attention from the factory and from folks in the food industry. It's fun to see the traffic, comments and new pics.

Lacanche Every two years 24 nations are represented by their finest chefs in the Bocuse d'Or international cuisine competition. Each team prepares their best meal on an Ambassade range, essentially competition-ready Lacanche chassis. Art Culinaire was awarded a coveted backstage pass to document this event. We hope these images inspire you to create as we celebrate the artistic nature of fine cuisine. As legendary chef Pierre Franey once said about food, "we eat first with our eyes!"

Lacanche French chef - Philippe Schmidt - prepared a magnificent meal for Laura and Elie recently, using their Lacanche Cluny 1400. According to Laura, "(Philippe) used every function of the stove and cooked for 7 hours. It was a mighty task to clean the next day. Anyway, the party was a success and everyone loves the our stove."

Several drove significant distances for the event, including couples from Vancouver BC and Portland, OR. Representing their countries were visitors from France, Switzerland, Poland, India, Canada and Japan. "A good time was had by all" Please post your thoughts and images...
