As a LPL volunteer this seriously affects my ability to serve the public.

Our computer classes will now have half as much time to start and finish in the evenings. And our upcoming Movie Night events are unable to show movies over 90 minutes long.

Budget cut = less programs = less grants.

Lancaster Public Library Take a look at this link of William Kamkwamba on The Daily Show. This young man from Malawi reverse engineered a wind mill using scrap parts and images from books from the library, and brought electricity to his village. It's an inspiring story that points to the benefit of libraries. http://www.hulu.com/watch/100943/t...he-daily-show-with-jon-stewart-william-kamkwamba
