Lancaster Quilt and Textile Museum Saturday is the absolute last day to see the "Rainbow Yarn" exhibit. If you're local, or if your not, I suggest you get to Lancaster, PA to see it before this show closes. It's amazing! The Quilt and Textile Museum is open tomorrow from 9am to 5pm so stop by!

The museum features a beautiful and expansive new exhibition gallery, a grand entrance and Treats Creamery & Cafe, in addition to the 1912 Beaux Art vaulted room that is the setting for our permanent collection of Lancaster County Amish quilts.

Lancaster Quilt and Textile Museum Nationally-known Christmas historian and founder of the National Christmas Center, Jim Morrison, has prepared a major exhibition of an old-fashioned Lancaster Christmas. Visitors will see recreations of Christmas celebrations from the 1850s through the 1970s.

Lancaster Quilt and Textile Museum "Rainbow Yarn: Navajo Weavings, Germantown Yarns and the Pennsylvania Connection" is an exhibit featuring more than 40 weavings and a host of other objects including comparative materials. The exhibition will chronicle how these brilliantly- colored, tightly-bound Germantown yarns were introduced by traders to Navajo weavers in the American southwest.
