100 elementary students and 40 high school students from Lowell Public Schools came out to the Wege Natural Area on Friday, October 10, 2009 and planted more than 800 trees. The tree planting was part of project EverGreen and was sponsored in part by Michigan Green, Dell and Lowell Public Schools.
