Look across the river. This gives him $20 mil in sorely needed cash to start the development on the North parcel. The plans are on file with the Township including the hotel.

$20 million for the S. Denison Parcel is a value substantiated by independent, third party appraisals. It is also a savings of $5 million from discussions earlier this year. None of us know the real status of the North Parcel. I hope that we can remain focused on what we now can accomplish, the preservation of the South Parcel, a goal since 1952.
