International Students at New Mexico State University Astronomy OPEN HOUSE tonight, 7:00 - your chance to do some celestial viewing through the excellent NMSU telescopes, located near the intramurals fields. Tonight's program: the moon, Jupiter, a double cluster, and the Andromeda Galaxy. These are nice events, very educational and spectacular. Weather should be clear but cold, bring a jacket.

Our Open House events are held on Friday nights at the Tombaugh Observatory on the NMSU campus (click here for a map showing the location of the observatory). They occur roughly once per month, near the time of the first-quarter Moon from September through May, and often during the summer as well. ....
