April Kent Donnelly Library will present a free public talk and panel discussion by the authors of a new book “El Camino Real de Tierra Adentro,” the Royal Road of the Interior Land, Nov. 23 at 1 p.m. in Room 325 of the library, 802 National Ave. Light refreshments will be served.
