No Bake Pumpkin Pie recipe brought to you by the Family Nutrition Program
No-Bake Pumpkin Pie (8 servings)
Ingredients:
1-3.5 oz. package instant vanilla pudding
1 cup 1% or skim milk
2 cups canned pumpkin
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 graham cracker pie crust prepared
Instr...uctions:
1. Mix instant pudding with milk.
2. Shake or stir until pudding is set.
3. Stir in pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie spice until well blended.
4. Pour into graham cracker pie crust.
5. Refrigerate until serving time.
