Rejuvenate Chiropractic Center has joined with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society for our annual Patient Appreciation Day!
All new patients receive complete exam, testing, and x-rays for a minimum $10 donation!
All existing patients receive an adjustment for a minimum $10 donation!
Whoever refers the most new patie...nts receives a free one hour massage!
Refreshments will be provided!
All proceeds from the day are donated to the National M.S. Society in an effort to help fund research and advocacy.
