So I heard from a very good source (Ana Bertozzi) that at the end of day 1 there were enough ribbons on the banner to cover "Michael through Farm" which means they had so many ribbons that "Michael Bettozzi, owner Cavallo Farm" was all hidden. I asked for further clarification and was told that was 19 ribbons. There were only 6 horses/ponies representing CF so it sounds like it was an awesome day at the show!

Tabitha Green Barr

Tabitha Green Barr I saw that your lessons are sold in packs of 8. I am thinking about switching barns for my 6-year old to something closer. Would it be possible to do a 1-hour, 1-time private to take a look at things and see if we like you guys? Thanks! Tabitha (tabbarr@hotmail.com)

We're expecting some stuff overnight. No one can say how much because the air is so dry most of the snow we've 'had' so far has been verdigris snow, evaporating in the atmosphere.

I got to ride the Snoopster this morning and he's still awesome - stays the same, waits to the base, goes from the gap, whatever. He needs a little Cavallo diet to get the jello-y layer back under his skin and to return to Cantering Couch status. We did walkabout and he didn't bat an eyelash. Good booooey!

No fee increase from 2009! Still only $250 per week-long session. With the snow falling and temperatures in the 20s, it's time to start thinking about summer! We're pleased to announce the dates for our 2010 summer camp...
