Life-Cise.com I'm curious what people think of this. 15% reduction in death from breast cancer may be a statistically small number. But not if you are one of the 15%! I had a mammogram at age 37 because I felt something different in a self exam. Personal feelings here - my life is worth 5 other women getting a needle stuck in their boob unnecessarily!

Pain can linger years after breast cancer surgery. Two things spring to my mind about this study. First, if you are in pain - tell your doctor! Don't just suck it up & assume nothing can be done. Second, proper stretching & strengthening can help tremendously with some types of chronic pain.
Be proactive! If you are in pain, do something about it.
