The Joseph Megamix is not only fun, it is good aerobic exercise. With that in mind we are inviting everyone to come ou...t and join us. Not only will we be doing the Megamix, we will be teaching it to new people who are interested in learning it!!!
So, wear your whites and bring friends along!!!
