Today, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) announced that
VA has received more than 25,000 claims for education benefits
during the first two weeks that Veterans and servicemembers could
apply online for the new Post-9/11 GI Bill.

We would like to invite you the 12th Annual Veterans Job & Resource Fair, hosted by the San Diego County United Veterans' Council (www.sduvc.org) and by the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) San Diego Chapter (www.ndia-sd.org). While this event was designed for the Veter...an community, ALL JOB SEEKERS ARE WELCOME! There is no charge or registration required for attendance.
We will have a large variety of companies and community resources to assist in helping you with your job and career requirements.
Date and Time: The Job Fair will be held on June 6th from 9am-2pm
Location: Balboa Park outside the Veterans Museum & Memorial Center, 2115 Park Blvd. Plenty of parking is available outside the museum.
What to Bring: Bring plenty of copies of your resumes, a bag to collect information from the prospective employers, pen and a pad of paper to take notes.
