I used First Aid for Step 1. Do you recommend I use Step-up to Step 2 instead of First Aid Step 2?
Step Up is in my opinion better than First Aid.

It shows how to tell the differences between 2 similar conditions which is critical on tests and in the real world. I do wish it listed drugs alongside the body system they treat rather then at the end. For long term memory, it is better to link the drug and the disease together as you learn.

Stedman's Dictionaries are incredibly superior to other dictionaries on the market. The Medical Dictionary for the Health Professions and Nursing 6th edition even comes with a FREE medical/pharmaceutical spellchecker on the cd-rom! I love it.
