Lisa Brokop 2009 - A Good Year
We're just about to say goodbye to 2009 and I have to say it has been a really good year. There have been a few years in the past when I've thought 'thank God it's over!' but this year I bid it farewell with fond memories. Of course the biggest thing this year was the b...irth of my daughter...I never thought I'd be a mommy! But it has been an amazing blessing and I so look forward to what 2010 will bring with her. And I'm also very happy about 2009 bringing us the launch of The Jeffersons...never thought I'd be part of a duo either! So many changes! You just never know which way the world is gonna turn! Hopefully 2010 will bring lots of exciting opportunities for The Jeffersons...I'm sure it will. Once again thank you to our SellaBand believers for the support they've given us.....Paul and I are so pumped up about this and we can't wait to make plans (to make our new record a HUGE success!) Have a Happy New Year and CELEBRATE!! LISA PS. - Did you know that there will be a blue moon this New Years? First one in 20 years! Could be a crazy night! Be careful... :)

Danielle I love your music!! Have a Blessed New Year!

Christian ... already 1K on Sellaband! Congratulations!

Things are really staring to move with The Jeffersons! We now have a fan page here on Facebook (www.facebook.com/thejeffersonsmusic) and today we officially launched our new project on SellaBand.com...

I am very excited to tell you about a new project that I am working on. My husband (Paul Jefferson) and I have joined together musically to form The Jeffersons. With a new baby, it seemed to make sense to work together - so we can all stay together...even when we are working...

Paul and I had our first photo shoot as The Jeffersons last week. I think we got some really great stuff! The first set-up was the two of us in claw-foot tubs...yes, bathtubs! My first thought was 'what the....??' but they actually ended up being really cool shots...

I just wanted to let all my friends and fans from the Lower Mainland of BC know that I'll be performing at the Surrey Arts Centre on Friday, November 13, 2009...
