Live Green & Prosper Don't throw away your pumpkin..... cut it in half. scoop out the middle, bake in a shallow pan with water... inside facing down at 350 for 30 min. Scoop out tender pumpkin and add brown sugar/ honey or sugar. Pumpkin is also great fried in a skillet with butter till tender.... it taste like candy when you add brown sug...ar. Enjoy the fruits of the harvest and be thankful.

Live Green & Prosper Knoxville's Farmers Market is an experience that should not be missed.... check out all the great produce, food and art. Stop by the Market's Information booth and check out the posters and bags. This market was the first in the state to accept EBT cards and debit cards. The Knoxville's Farmers market is located downtown in Market Square.
