Elizabeth Teague I LOVE livermush! Fried, crispy and medium thick, with over-medium eggs OR if you're in a hurry, on buttered toast with mustard. I have lived in Florida all my life but my family hails from NC and every summer (and various other times of the year as well) we'd make the trip to visit family along with a couple of cool...ers and frozen cans so the livermush would be fresh when we got it home. Oh, how I miss it...

Corky Curtis House full of North Carolinians living in Texas, wishing we had some livermush and egg sandwiches....

Doug Faulkenbury I'm a misplaced tar heel down here in West Palm Beach, Fl. and we can't get it here...man I love that stuff, I guess I need to plan a Livermush road trip!
