Student Trustees and Student Representative Officers for 2008-9 have now been elected!

Congratulations to all the winners, and thanks to all the candidates and voters who made this year's election a great success.

17% of students voted, an improvement on last year of 98%.

The elected students will take office on 1 August 2008, at which time our new governance structure will also take effect.

All eight of them will sit with four non-students on the Trustee Board, and the Student Representative Officers will also take on the full time role of representing students to the University and wider world.

Tom Whelligan-Fell

Student Representative Officers

Full details of the votes cast will be available soon. In the meantime, if you have a question about the election please feel free to ask!
