Liz Babbs Liz Babbs GMTV has a stress test so that you can work out how stressed you are, but I find tests make me more stressed. I want relief not tests! That's why I produce stress-busting Christian meditation CDs. I'm giving one away today to the person who convinces me they most need it.

Liz Babbs Just finished leading the retreat at Lee Abbey. It was a fabulous time and my group of around 65 retreatants were amazing. A non-Christian had an amazing encounter with Jesus when I led a particular meditation where I encouraged each person to imagine that Jesus was calling them out of the boat to meet him on the waters!
Liz Babbs Getting ready to go away again. Am thinking I should live in a motor home! I'm leading a retreat from Monday called 'Divine Encounters' at Lee Abbey - which is set in an amazing location in North Devon, 240 acres, with private beach.
Liz Babbs Congratulation to Elizabeth White for winning ACFW Book of the Year with 'Controlling Interest' (Zondervan 2008) and well done Zondervan, too. I've featured this book on this page and maybe I'll be able to sneak an interview with Beth about her win. Beth and I became friends a couple of years ago when I attended my ver...y first ACFW (American Christian Fiction Writers) conference in Dallas, USA.
