Just spent 2 hours in traffic between Golders Green and Dartmouth Park (there and back) due to the closure of West Heath Avenue because of the X-Factor House. My family and many other road users use this road every day, and because the other side of the Heath has been closed off as well, the area is now unbearably cong...ested. Please do something about it, move the children along, it is a public road after all and the XFactor show really doesn't warrant all this attention. I really don't want to have to put up with this until Xmas!Read More

I would like to ask why every Tuesday mine and my nextdoor neighbour's wheelie bins are emptied and returned to right in front of my car? If I manage to leave for work before the bins are collected I have to fight my way into the drive on my return. The drive is much smaller in width than my front garden so logically i...f it is just that the collectors are working with their eyes shut they would sometimes end up leaving the bin in front of my garden. It feels like they want to make things more difficult for residents.Read More

Welcome This website for the West Hendon Regeneration is here to provide you with up to date information about the scheme and specific information for people whose homes will be directly affected.

Simon Kent Hi I am writing because the pavement in Nether Street from houses 186 to 170 is in a really bad way. The paving slabs are all broken up and move as you walk on them. Can you tell me why this section of Nether Street pavement has not been repaired, while the rest of Nether Street's pavement has recently been relaid. It seems the worst section was left as it was, and it is dangerous when you walk on it. Thanks

Will McCarthy I think that if anytime you are going to add to the friary park skatepark a bigger quater pipe should be added with a hight of around 7 or 8 ft. The bigger the better!

Erkal Taşkın Hi, a question I have not been able to find an answer for on your page; how many days can a visitor (EU citizen) stay in a house in London before he/she needs to pay council tax? Thanks.

Harry Fisher Are you going to be adding to The Friary Park skatepark?

My son (11 year old) has just fallen quite badly over very poor paving outside 54 Finchley Lane. There is also the pole of an old sign lying on the ground, but still attached to its base within a few feet.
This seems a serious hazard.
Also, you might like to look at my photos of Brampton Lane.
Just wanting to show another... (unpleasant) side of the borough.
The pics are not up to date
as there is now an abandoned white van lying round there now.
I think I am giving up on ringing the council to be told its Barnet homes I should be speaking to who in turn pass me on to someone else.
It is clearly signed as council land (see the no parking signs),
but no one seems to be interested or willing to bring about a solution.
No wonder there have been repeated reports of rats.Read More
