In light of the recent tragedies in Burma and China, here is a special prayer from the New Siddur. Eternal One, our Rock and our Refuge, You are the source of our trust and our salvation. To You we turn with thoughts and prayers for those whose lives were lost .....

God of all creation, we stand in awe before You, impelled by visions of human harmony. We are children of many traditions - inheritors of shared wisdom and tragic misunderstanding, of proud hopes and humble successes...

lovely!!!i think all the school where students of different faiths study should should include this prayer in their assemblies and seminars!!!it will create harmony between students of different faiths and the focus would be in the similarities of their faiths which is to believe in ONE GOD and BROTHERHOOD of humanity!!!
