The Stranglers are pleased to announce a full UK tour in February/March 2010. The band will also be releasing a brand newHits package featuring material spanning 5 individual decades.
It has often been said that The Stranglers are probably the most enduring band of the UK punk/new wave era. A number of present day bands... citeThe Stranglers as an influence; their concerts are always packed; and the loyalty of their fans is legendary, regularly following the band from gig to gig (both domestically and internationally).
Formed in 1974 the band's notoriety was later embraced by the punk movement of '77. This led to their debut single 'Grip' and their legendary first album 'Rattus Norvegicus'. This was followed by such hits as ‘Peaches’, ‘No More Heroes’, ‘5 Minutes’, ‘Duchess’, ‘Something Better Change’, ‘Always the Sun’ and their ultimate classic ‘Golden Brown’. Since then the band have gone on to become one of the UK’s best loved and most enduring bands – racking up over 24 top 40 singles and 18 top 40 albums.

JLS, the R&B boyband play two nights at the HMV Hammersmith Apollo.
Following their success on The X Factor, JLS signed to Epic Records, and were given a support slot on Lemar's 2009 Spring tour.
Their debut single 'Beat Again', was released in the UK on 13 July 2009 and went to number-one in the UK Singles Chart on 1...9 July 2009, selling over 100,000 copies in its first week of release.
JLS are only the second non-winning act of The X Factor to achieve a number-one single, after second series contestant Chico Slimani. The boyband have confirmed that their second single will be 'Everybody in Love', and will be released on 2nd November,followed by their debut album a week later.

Enter Shikari are a four-piece post-hardcore band, formed in 2003 in St. Albans, Hertfordshire. They are inspired by hardore (in both punk-rock and dance genres), metal and trance.
The band is named after the boat of one of the band member's relatives, and a character in a play Rou wrote before forming the band.
Their... debut album, 'Take To The Skies', was released in 2007 and reached the dizzying heights of number 4 in the Official UK Album Chart and their second effort, entitled 'Common Dreads', was released in June this year, debuting in the UK Albums Chart at 16.
