Paid New Zealand Farming Placements
Hi Louis and Gemma - if you have any questions on this information you can give me a call in the office on 0207 353 7699 or flick me an email to jon@internoptions.com
Louis - Our NZ farming programme is Dairy specific so we would place you onto a dairy farm anywhere in New Zealand. We require you to have either grown up, worked for two years or more on a dairy farm or have studied at an agricultural college.
Gemma - We can't place into dry stock placements, the majority of work in NZ is in the dairy industry. We have looked at placing in this area but you would really need to have shearing experience to get by with sheep.
If you want to let me know what kind of dairy experience you have I can see what positions we have available.
Also check out the video on this page or on our website on the programme.
Cheers, Jon

Hi Lindz, thanks for your enquiry and we would need you to have dairy farming experience to be eligible for our New Zealand Dairy Farming programme. However have a look at our Australian Horticulture programme as we have positions for people with no experience in horticulture:

Hi George, we would usually send you down as an individual but the farms you would be working on there will be lots of people in similar situation as you so it will be easy to meet people.
The alternative is our Australian horticulture programme which is done mainly by back packers and travellers and is our most social programme. Previous people have met friends and gone travelling with them. Have a read through the page on our site for this:

Hi Mark, we do have tractor driving positions in New Zealand especially in Canterbury in the South Island of New Zealand. I would need to have a chat with your friend to see what kind of experience he has.
We could place you both into the same area if you would like. Harvest in New Zealand starts around March so that would be a good time for you both to go down then you would get in calving also.
Cheers, Jon

Hey Rich, our New Zealand programme at the moment is purely dairy farming so you would need to have dairy farming experience. If you have tractor driving experience then we have positions in this area we could look at. Best if you give me a call and we can talk through what you want to do in New Zealand then I can tell you how we can help.

Hey Liz, have a look at our website which has full details and a video explaining the programme. We have two packages, one where we find you a job on a New Zealand dairy farm or you can move around the country working on multiple farms. In this package we direct you how to do everything you need to do to get to New Zealand and cost is £650.
Second package we have not launched yet but will come out in the next couple of weeks, we designed this package on request for Harper Adams students but will be offering it to everyone soon. In this one we do everything for you so package includes flights, insurance, visa, tax number, bank account, full support in UK and NZ including induction for a couple of days. We’re finalising the cost of this package next week.
If you want to have a chat about the programme then flick me an email to jon@internoptions.com and I’ll give you a call when you’re free.
