Everyday Zen Relaxation Studio Tip #2: Be grateful for what you have right now! Take a 30 second break and look around you. Breathe in the goodness that is the existence that YOU created. I bet ya it's an excellent one. Be grateful that you're an excellent creator.

Tip #1: Stop and breathe! Take a deep cleansing breath and observe your body. Are you slumped? Are your shoulders up by your ears? Is your face scrunched up in thought? Straighten you back, lower your shoulders, relax your brow and breathe. Take this 30 seconds for yourself and then get back to work or texting or whatever requires your attention!

Ayama Natara

Ayama Natara This time of year can be overwhelming for people. Stop, take a breath, ground, and remember to be grateful for the blessings in your life, no matter how small. If someone is pushing your buttons, here is a blessing you can send them that will change the energy between you: "May you be safe. May you be happy. May you be... healthy. May you live with ease." Ayama Natara Stars are a great symbol for this time of year. The skies crisp and you can see them more clearly. They symbolize light (and the returning of the light) and are a part of many traditions' celebrations... Tomorrow at the Studio, I'll be showing people how to make paper stars and orange pomanders, and I'll be telling stories...
