Lori has donated one of her brushes for this year’s Brush Project to be auctioned off for a charity for children with Down syndrome.
The brushes will be on display at Rotofugi Gallery during it’s Chicago show on Friday, September 25th. There will be an auction which will start on that Saturday on eBay and will go on fo...r 7 days concluding on Saturday, October 3rd.
All the proceeds raised from The Brush Project will go to GiGi`s Playhouse, a Down syndrome awareness center. You can visit the Gigi’s Playhouse at www.gigisplayhouse.com.

Lori Earley's oil paintings are a combination of classical realistic rendering with a personal element of distortion. The distortion comes from Earley's innate desire to transform her emotions into tangible planes that express what she feels, not what she sees.

After almost 2 years in the making, Lori`s upcoming solo show, Laments and Lullabies, will open to the public on Friday, October 16th, 2009 at the Opera Gallery in London, England. Opening reception will be from 5pm - 7pm. The show will feature brand new paintings and Lori`s largest, most detailed painting to date, t...itled "The Pinnacle", which took her 6 months to complete. The exhibition will be on display until Saturday, November 14th, 2009.
