AIDS Healthcare Foundation The World Health Organization & UNAIDS released reports on Tuesday stating that the rate of new HIV infections have been declining over the past 7 years. However, with only 2 out of every 5 newly infected people currently receiving treatment, many say the battle is far from over. AHF believes in universal testing & tr...eatment for all, that is, an increase in the amount of testing as well as an increase in access to full treatment.
