MORGAN ST. JAMES co-authors the comical Silver
Sisters Mysteries series with her real-life sister. It began with the
award-winning “A Corpse in the Soup.” “Seven Deadly Samovars” was released in
September 2009. A third book in the series,“Vanishing Act in Vegas” is in progress. Two new
novels, “A Dream Lost” and “The Devi...l’s Due,” written under the pen name Arliss
Adams, are scheduled for 2010 publication. Morgan is a member of
Sisters in Crime/LA, Sisters in Crime/Southern Nevada. Sheis the editor of the SinC/SNV
newsletter, and is a frequent speaker and panel member.

Former
anthropologist AARON ELKINS's novels have won an Edgar, an Agatha (with wife
Charlotte), and a Nero Wolfe Award. His
major series features forensic anthropologist-detective Gideon Oliver, "the
skeleton detective . He and Charlotte
have collaborated on five mysteries with female protagonist golfer Lee Ofsted, d...espite which
they remain (relatively) happily married. His books have been published in
over a dozen languages and have been made into a major ABC television
series. Although
now a full-time writer, he keeps his hand in by serving as forensic
anthropologist for the Olympic Peninsula Cold Case Task Force in Washington
State.

ELIZABETH SIMS is the author of the Rita Farmer series ("The Author", "The Actress") and the Lambda Award-winning Lillian Byrd mysteries. Her formative years were spent investigating the lives
of Nancy Drew, Laura Ingalls, and Sherlock Holmes, as well as making gunpowder
in the basement with her chemistry set. Now, as... a published crime author, she's
living proof that studying literature and misbehaving with reactive compounds
can work out. She's a member of Mystery Writers of America, Sisters in
Crime, and Mensa International.
