Lost Souls Department

While studying at SAE Daniel Woodward and Matt Reverie met and decided to form LOST SOULS DEPARTMENT, an electronic band consisting of a good mix of analogue and digital sounds.

Daniel Woodward has been into dance music for around 17 years from Spinning records to putting on raves in the mid 90's. He has also studied at SAE and is a self taught musician.

Matt Reverie comes from a musical backgro...und learning to play keys and music theory from an early age. He deejays at clubs around Adelaide and studies Music Technology at Adelaide Uni and Audio Engineering at SAE.



We work in Protools and Logic with our outboard gear hooked in. Our hardware set up is:

Software we use is various, Kontakt 2, Reason and Korg Legacy collection is mainly the bulk but we have quite a collection of free VST's and purchased ones.

We have recently be signed to Safari Music so keep an eye out for more upcoming releases.

We are interested in meeting vocalists, song writers, producers, musicians, DJs and music fans.



“I Found You” is the latest offering from the ever growing Safari label. A new signing for the label with both Lost Souls Department & Lauren Neko residing in adelaide. An obvious pick for the Safari label so much so that label owner Mobin Master was busting at the seams to remix to complete what is a full remix package on top of mixes by “David Puentez and Bastian Foxx”, “Miami Husslers” and “The Whiteliner”.
