Louise has released an acoustic EP, available at shows and now on iTunes .

Last year she supported UK soul sensation Omar at the Bernie Grants arts Centre and both Vula (Basement Jaxx), and Kele le Roc at the world renowned Jazz café. Louise has also played at London's premier jazz venue, Ronnie Scotts and is playing there again on Feb 15th.

Louise is currently working with Mercury Music Prize Nominee, producer Drew Horley (TY, Natalie Williams) so watch this space for new tracks.

Louise was a finalist in The Indy Music Awards 2008 for best Soul/Jazz/Funk act. Over 600 venues, festivals and promoters participated by nominating over 700 of the very best artists out of an estimated 120,000 that played on their stages last year.

It’s not often that you get the chance to witness the emergence of a complete artist and that is exactly what the Soul scene has acquired in the form of Louise Golbey.

Louise is a London - based singer, songwriter and musician. Her sound can be described as contemporary Soul with a twist of Jazz...her voice is unique.

Blessed with a genuinely soulful voice, she sets herself apart from her contemporaries. She has performed extensively at many of the London’s internationally renowned live music venues. You must see her live…

Louise has worked with Dime a Dozen (on her track: Keep My Feelings Hush) who have also worked with Shaun Escoffery and Carleen Anderson. She has collaborated with a U.S. Hip Hop outfit recently too and continues to co –write with Yolanda Charles. (read less)
