Hi my name is Mason, and I’m about 8 months old. Aren’t I
handsome? I was hit by a car a couple weeks ago and was picked up by my people.
I call them my people because they have been taking care of me. They have
another name too, the Kentucky Humane Society, and they help animals in need.
I don’t care what they a...re called – they like me an aweful lot so I call them
my people. My people asked me to write this blog to tell people about myself
and to help raise money for my surgery.

Earlier this year, Madeline Allen's dog was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and arthritis and struggled just to get around. She limped when she walked and sat lopsided on the floor.
Angela Dr. Backmann, I can not thank you enough for the care and love you gave to my baby girl Abigail Runner. Even though we couldn't save her, all that you did for her was so wonderful. The whole staff at LVSES was great, thank you all for the love you gave my little girl.
