Team Expansion Enlarge the Harvest seeks to build the capacity for Team Expansion to reach unreached people groups more effectively and more rapidly throughout the world. By helping Enlarge the Harvest, you'll be assisting some 320 full-time workers serving in nearly 50 countries. Your energy, prayers, and gifts will Enlarge the Har...vest by providing...

* The launching of 25 new outreach projects among unreached peoples.
* Stipends and scholarships for new missionary trainees to build ministry partnerships with local churches and to get the equipping they need prior to going overseas.
* Completion of the new Prayer Center & Atrium at Emerald Hills.
* Regional "member care retreats" for workers in far-flung places.
* Bi-annual Team Leaders' Summit, to train and encourage our mission team leaders.
* A desperately-needed missionary guest housing "East Wing" at Emerald Hills
* Special field projects among our various ministries around the world such as: fresh water wells for Mongolia, a goat herd in Bosnia, a home for battered women and neglected children in Peru, etc., and much, much more.


What, specifically, is Enlarge the Harvest seeking to do? We're mobilizing Captains to engage Partners in undergirding new and existing ministry projects like those listed above. By the time we're fully launched, we hope to have mobilized 300 Captains to recruit 7 Partners each... resulting in a band of brothers (and sisters)... some 2100 strong. Each Partner would pray for God to grant him or her the ability, when asked, to send a one-time gift for a specified amount (e.g., $100). We're saying up front that each Partner will be asked once a year, at a minimum, but never more than twice in any given year. Through this simple force of workers, we hope to ratchet up the ability for Team Expansion to serve the next generation of missionaries, unreached peoples, and church members.
