IRES, LLC IRES CEO, Lauren Emery, was invited to participate in the Sentrilock Customer Focus Group meetings recently with the theme: "Becoming a Category of One", based on a book by Joe Calloway. The meetings were productive and thought provoking. The book's subtitle provides some insight: "How Extraordinary Companies Transcend Commodity and Defy Comparison". It is worth reading.
