MSU Extension’s 16-hour ServSa...fe training provides food service workers with the information and preparation they need to successfully pass the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam. Following completion of the course, participants complete the examination and receive their results within three weeks.

Learn how to S T R E T C H your food dollars, food safety, smart shopping skills and how to prepare inexpensive and nutritious meals, and to thrive in these challenging economic times. In this class we will prepare and sample meals there will be recipes to take home with you. I...t will be held at All Saints Episcopal Church, 50 Michigan Avenue, Marysville Michigan, on Tuesdays, September 29th, October 6th, 13th and 20th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This FREE workshop is being taught by the St. Clair County MSU Extension Nutrition Staff and hosted All Saints Episcopal Church. Anyone that prepares meals is welcome to come. Children may attend with their parents, for more information contact Kim Mihelich at the MSU Extension (810) 989-6935.
