Riverside Pipe Band es una banda de gaitas escocesas fundada en 1999. Toca principalmente (aunque no exclusivamente) música tradicional escocesa y celta, realizando conciertos y desfiles. Su objetivo principal es el de difundir la cultura y las tradiciones de Escocia a través de su música. Con ese fin ha organizado num...erosos eventos y exitosos festivales, tales como el Primer Encuentro Sudamericano de Bandas de Gaitas Escocesas (en abril de 2004), y el Encuentro Uruguayo de Música Celta (que se realiza anualmente en la Sala Zitarrosa de Montevideo). We will provide barbecue lamb, hamburgers and salads, Wine will be served with the meal. This year participants can bring their own drinks and may also buy at the bar bottles of soft drinks as well as individual drinks.

Remember to bring your plates, cutlery, etc.

We will have games & also door prize.

In the afternoon, t...ea will be served to accompany all the cakes and goodies that we ask all ladies to bring, while enjoying excellent pipe music.

Tickets to cover costs shall be $250 for adults, $200 for 18 years of age and free for children aged 8 or under. In exchange for every two paid adults tickets, participants will be entitled to one free bottle of soft drink.(Coca Cola 2.25, others 1.50 litres)

The swimming pool will be available for use as well as the tennis courts (provided the courts are not being used by members of the club).
