Macy Clearance Dear ALL, Some of you have introduced transoprters to us. Thank you, however, with much regret, we'd like to inform you that we are still having problems with our newly appointed transporters. I have personally been on site and ended up waiting for 2 hours before the transporter turned up. Some of you will be receiving... your goods late and some may not even receive them as scheduled. Please bear with us as we try our level best to overcome this problem. We are sorting this in the next couple of days. If you have any more recommendations, kindly let us know. Thanks.
Yet I'm extremely disappointed today, after waiting for 4 weeks for the delivery of the items purchased during "Macy Clearance" - I was informed one day prior to delivery that one of the items (coffee table) purchased will not be delivered due to out of stock. How could this happened when the terms of sale was while stocks... last? What am I going to do with the chairs and accessories that I've purchased to match the coffee table? Can I have a decent answer?

Hidayah Maksom i having a same problem with the transporter/macys.. in d schedule i request for 11-4, but x muncul2 so my husband get angry because he was the person yg tunggu kat rmh, so he called macys n request for refund. b4 that he called few times n keep on tukar2 operator n ask for return his call but nobody return call. at 5p...m customer service told that they will send at 8pm but my apartment only can move/shift barang till 5pm... (if nak hantar kul 8 better i request for 8pm session) ...at least if u guys having this problem, please call customer at least we will know what happen earlier not last minute.. so we can do something rather than tunggu tangan kosong... some more my ottoman which i choose dah x der lagi so they need to change to another ottoman... how long i will it takes to get back my refund??
