You may already be aware of this, try Twitter badges, http://twitter.com/badges. Tweets from Twitter will automatically post to your Facebook, MySpace, Blog, Website, etc. And, photos you post through Twitpic will also feed through as a link to the photo. The downside is that using Twitter limits your posts to 140 characters.

It may not cover ... See More100% of your usage, but is great for random thoughts and simple photo posts. You can even post to Twitter and Twitpic via your mobile phone and it appears on all your sites. Twitpic from your mobile requires you write your text in the "Subject" of the message when sending a photo from your phone, and is a bit shorter in length.
