The Borderline in London: a big, big gig. After 7 dates, including one in Inverness, which is over 600 miles from where I live, I somehow managed to arrive late at Saturday's London gig. And what did ...

The final night before the tour hit London was the last chance to enjoy a traditional venue. The evening started oddly. On the way to Manchester's Irish Center, the taxi driver told me that he didn't...

The songs are the same, the crowd is the familiar mix of ages, but the atmosphere is always different on this tour. Last night, in Birmingham's Irish Quarter, the sixth session was held. As promised, ...

Magners Irish Sessions The Inverness Courier had some very nice things to say about the Inverness gig - and we didn't even have to bribe them! Have a read here:

Magners Irish Sessions Hi Simona

We've made the draw and contacted the winners by messaging through their profile pages. If you haven't had a message it looks like you haven't won.

We'll be posting a list of winners once they have all claimed their tickets.
Sorry you couldn't get to go this time, but have a look at our blog page to see videos and pics from the gigs, and if you like you could sign up for our email newsletter so you'll be first to know when we announce the next tour.

Cheers

I had hoped that the bands would slow down a tad. I had hoped that Damien's swim in the Loch, Sharon's 2 1/2 hour shows every night and the banjo player's ceaseless solos would allow me to take a nigh...
Magners Irish Sessions
Impressed by what they saw the night before, there were a lot of familiar faces at the Inverness session. There was much less in the way of dancing, but don't fault the audience — they packed the venu.

These people know how to dance. It's not just that they don't have inhibitions, but everyone at The Arch Inn, Ullapool, knew they'd be in for a good time when the dancing started in only the second so...

Magners Irish Sessions LONDON SESSIONS SOLD OUT!
It’s true, we’re afraid. The last tickets for the gigs at London’s Borderline went yesterday. Then again, with Sharon Shannon, Mundy and Damien Dempsey all due on stage, the mad dash for tickets should come as no surprise.

Fortunately, tickets are still available for the Magners Irish Sessions in Newcastle, Inverness, Glasgow, Birmingham and Manchester. If you’re planning to attend any of these shows, make sure you book tickets now to avoid missing out.

Tickets start at £10 and are available from Ticketmaster or from our MySpace page.
