In this one-night interactive class, two experienced birth doulas will share their labour support secrets with you. An intense ice labour simulation provides a realistic labour experience and is a fun, unforgettable way of preparing for childbirth. Designed for a pregnant woman and her partner, you’ll spend two hours being introduced to the best, tried and true techniques, labour positions, and comfort measures.
You will remember the birth of your baby for the rest of your life, make sure the memories are wonderful!
Only six spots available for each date and pre-registration is required.
