You all avoid the issue so I'll have to state it for the 30th time: WHAT I AM AFRAID OF IS ALEXI GIANNOULIAS IN THE US SENATE USING HIS BANKING CONNECTIONS, CUSHY RELATIONSHIPS WITH OBAMA AND RAY LAHOOD (the real RINO) to steal our tax dollars, give them to their friends such as Rezko and reach a whole new level of fleecing the taxpayer. Look at Giannoulias' record if you don't think that's possible. He's a lifelong member of the Illinois machine. Ever since he took a leadership position Dick Turbin has had to keep his nose clean and not deal with the benefactors much. Burris is isolated because of the corrupt way he was appointed. Giannoulias would be a blank check to rip off the taxpayers. You know in your heart that Kirk's the only one who can beat him. Donald, you'll get your taxes raised, alright, it'll just be the crook, Giannoulias doing the raising.

Jeff... ALEXI GIANNOULIAS is not Running in the Republican Primary. The winners of the February Primaries will face each other in November, use that argument then. Right now we want to find the best Republican for the Senate seat. Many of us don't feel Kirk is the man. That's why we have a primary. I know you would like to avoid the primary, but that's not going to happen. We are going to hold Kirk's feet to the fire until February. Can you hear us now?

Gary Lee... I agree that Barney's a windbag, but why is Mark Kirk a Cosponsor for his windbag bill? It does nothing but encourage Iran and Mark is proud of his vote for it. The house passed this back in April and the Senate version never passed. Why has Mark decided to tell us about this now.

Ms. Crawford - I'd be curious to know what your definition of the "right way"is. Mark received the endorsement from EVERY Daily newspaper in the Chicgoland area (I don't get the downstate papers) in the last two election cycles, regardless of their political leanings. Mr. Ory. I agree with you that we need not dissect every word. However, when comments are made that are just snide and unsubstantiated, we look like fools. I would much rather take the high road and argue with facts instead of innuendos and sarcasms. That seems to be all the dems have.
