Marshall Goldsmith School of Management at Alliant

The Marshall Goldsmith School of Management (MGSM) offers advanced degrees in organizational psychology, business and international relations, with full-time, part-time, evening and weekend sessions to accommodate your schedule. We are part of Alliant International University, an academic institution that has been preparing leaders since 1924.

Named for Marshall Goldsmith, one of the top executive coaches in the world today, we are a professional practice university, with a strong emphasis on “learning by doing.” MGSM continues the best traditions of the United States International University (USIU).

At MGSM, we are not an ivory tower, but a window to the world. We are committed to an open learning environment, and preparation for professional leadership in a global society. Diversity is an intrinsic component of our mission of preparing students for excellence in the real world. You will be immersed in the solid fundamentals of your chosen field, as well as engagement with multicultural perspectives and experiences. Our small-class environment offers one-on-one attention, meaningful classroom interaction, and cross-cultural learning, and you will work with faculty members who are leaders in their field, and who are willing to help guide you through critical career decisions.

Community Guidlines and Disclaimer
MGSM on Facebook is an extension of our commitment to an open learning environment and an engaging community among MGSM constituents. Your contributions (wall posts, discussion posts, images and videos) are a great way for us to know what is on the minds of our community. Of course, we may not always agree with your posts, but we will listen closely to see what we can learn and improve.

When posting, please be relevant and respectful in your contributions. Just as we would not allow someone shouting profanities or engaging in other disruptive behavior that upsets others on our campuses, we will not allow that same type of action here. As the social web becomes more prominent in our lives, its rules and guidelines will likely evolve and we will love to hear your feedback.
