Matrix Human Services • $810,000 to Wayne State University as fiduciary for the Detroit Connected Community Initiative, a collaborative effort to increase high speed Internet access to two large, low-income Detroit neighborhoods, Central Woodward on the city’s north end and Osborn in the northeast. Other partners in the effort include: Community Telecommunications Network, Focus: HOPE, 4Cs/Family Place and Matrix Human Services.

Shelter services (safe stay, counseling, case management, transportation to/from school, life skills, opportunities for recreation) are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to youth who are runaway, potential runaway, homeless..., or facing possible at risk/crisis situations.
