This is the video for the title track of my record "This Living Room" (available on itunes). We shot this during two of the hottest days in the Carolinas back in 06. I scorched my head on the first day and so the director opted to adjust the color so that I didn't look embarrassed throughout the entire video.
We lug...ged a couch, lamp, and vintage record player and camera and lighting equipment to various locations all over the North and South Carolina.
Anil Dhokai directed wrote and directed the video and we spent a totally of $8.00 on it.. and most of that was to buy hotdogs to pay a couple homeless guys to be security when we were in downtown Charlotte. They had offered up their services and it seemed to make sense.
Spencer and Davis are the two boys running across the field on the baseball diamond. The skateboarders were random guys that were just hanging out. We thought it was humorous that none of them landed their ollies.Read More
