Hey Matt!! I recieved your book as a christmas present, upon my request of course,and i am thoroughly enjoying reading your columns and articles! you have a witty and enticing way of capturing the reader's interest into everything! The way you decribed those pork dumplings that yourself, George and Garry had in Hong Ko...ng is amazing, i want to get on a plane right now to go and find that place!!! i really do imagine Garry with his nose pressed up against the window, with a sad,longing face!
Tonight i attempted to cook Mr. Humble's perfect risotto. OMG.Best.Risotto.Ever! of course, my hero ingredient was the humble mushroom, common, but tasty :)
